    The following is a feasibility study for the creation of an enterprise, which will offer hand and foot beauty services for the city of Guayaquil. It is described that there is a great demand for beauty services in the context of the city of Guayaquil and that easily each sector has at least two stores that offer beauty services, but often these do not meet the needs of women specifically. Therefore, an effective business plan for the success of the project will be shown, along with internal and external variables that influence it, controlled with a risk analysis. Marketing strategies will be presented that will help to position the brand in the medium term in a safe way, to keep in the consumer's mind the use of the product, concluding with a financial study.
