    The Beauty Hair Company, dedicated to the personal hygiene, wants to implement a new line of hair care on the market, for which it has created Biopita Shampoo. This product has properties that strengthen the hair strand and controls hair loss caused by the aftermath of covid-19, since it is made from pitahaya and biotin. The objective of this work is to develop a feasibility study that allows to the development of a natural shampoo that helps control hair loss, having the City of Guayaquil as a market niche. First, the appropriate theoretical bases for the elaboration of a feasibility study were known, then a sectoral analysis of the market was carried out to know the environment, the competitors and barriers that may exist for the creation of the company, a market study to know the acceptance of the product within the market and finally a business model was proposed for the creation of the company itself that contains administrative, operational, commercial, marketing and financial issues.
