This research work empowers an environment where the entrepreneurship of a
Confectionery microenterprise located in the city of Guayaquil in the northern
sector is proposed, creating a prototype based on a distinctive expertise that
empowers us to contend in the industry.
The methodology of the study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach,
which uses for its development the technique of field research and bibliographic
research; where two techniques were applied for data collection: Direct observation
in the sector where the microenterprise was implemented and surveys of a sample
of 21 people from whom data was obtained to increase the experience of people
who buy the product, guidelines to conserve the quality and availability of purchase.
The internal and external environments that affect the industry were analyzed
through direct observation, as well as the aspects that drive the microenterprise,
which is reflected in the SWOT analysis, which helps to consider the start-up of the
project, as well as a market design was implemented to capture the attention of the
future consumers.
The thesis that will be developed next focuses on the economic and financial
analysis of the project; where it is concluded that it is profitable and viable
