This project is focused on the study of the feasibility of creating a company, which will be dedicated to the craftsmanship and marketing of body soap with natural ingredients.
A brief introduction of the origin of soap is described, the necessity to change the consumption for products that are friendly with the environment and demonstrated how a body soap based on vegetable glycerin and other natural ingredients can provide wellbeing, freshness, and naturalness to the skin.
An effective business plan for the success of the project will be shown, also internal and external variables that influence it controlled with a risk analysis.
Marketing strategies will be presented that will help with the positioning of the brand in a medium term, to keep the mark of the product in the consumer's mind.
It concludes with a financial study showing the evaluation of financial tools such as the VPN and the IRR that the project is financially profitable.
