In the development of this business plan, it was proposed to determine the creation
of a fruit marketing company in the Villa España 1 Urbanization, having as a
differentiating source the advice to customers of the nutritional values of the
products offered by the marketer, it was chosen as methodology using secondary
and primary sources conducting an investigation in the sector by the area where the
marketer would be located, which had first of all the observation of the competition
located by the sector, where it was possible to determine that the businesses have
the focus only on the sale and not in consulting, a survey was conducted aimed at
potential customers to determine their consumption habits.
Subsequently, the analysis of the prices of the products in the market was carried
out to determine the necessary budget for the start-up, also taking into account the
necessary elements for it, later the projection of the income and costs of the
marketer was carried out. where the values of the taxes that would generate the cash
flows were also included, in addition the evaluation indicators were applied to
determine the viability of the implementation of this company.
