En el Tecnológico LEMAS nos esforzamos día a día, por alcanzar a partir de la modalidad “híbrida”, una forma diferente de transmitir conocimientos y promover acciones disruptivas que les permita al claustro y a los estudiantes, ser embajadores de un modelo educativo diferente. Es esa, la salida propia que viabiliza una movilidad razonable y una transferencia de principios que hacen más humano al hombre, y a la vez tecnológicamente adecuado a sus necesidades.

The project has been strongly based on the attributes of the fruit as well as on the perception and concern of people to eat naturally and healthily, this benefits help because to achieve the object that is required, which is to determine if the arazá is potential a product whose nutritional and commercial attributes can be exploited in the presentation of yogurt. A field survey has been carried out, to know the perception of the people towards the ARAZÁ fruit and the presentation in yogurt, so that this product can be commercialized in the different points of sale in the city of Guayaquil. As a result of the survey, it is proposed to design a marketing plan to develop and market to position the yogurt of arazá to be consumed especially for people who seek to eat healthily. Plan that seeks to include both farmers and entrepreneurs of yogurt shops in the exploitation and consumption of arazá.

This product has properties that strengthen the hair strand and controls hair loss caused by the aftermath of covid-19, since it is made from pitahaya and biotin. The objective of this work is to develop a feasibility study that allows to the development of a natural shampoo that helps control hair loss, having the City of Guayaquil as a market niche. First, the appropriate theoretical bases for the elaboration of a feasibility study were known, then a sectoral analysis of the market was carried out to know the environment, the competitors and barriers that may exist for the creation of the company, a market study to know the acceptance of the product within the market and finally a business model was proposed for the creation of the company itself that contains administrative, operational, commercial, marketing and financial issues.

This product has a very important weight, which makes it one of the first sources of work in the agricultural sector and, due to lack of inputs or financing, they cannot start or finish their harvests, for which an agreement has been signed with the government and the prefecture of Guayas, which will guarantee the credit and the delivery of the KIT to each farmer.

Worldwide, millions of businesses that were classified as low priority were closed, to make way for all sectors related to health and cleaning, which became urgent and necessary. At the end of 2021, these two elements: health and cleanliness remain at the top of the prioritized elements for businesses and have become the most highly valued sectors in the market. Likewise, another of the changes that was evidenced was the strengthening of delivery or home service, a marketing channel that was a solution in the shadow of confinement. With these changes, important opportunities have also been seen for the growth of businesses in the treatment and care of Spa-type skin, which have promoted home service while maintaining biosafety protocols and that can be received in the comfort of your home. This research demonstrates the opportunity to develop this business idea, which will be based on surveys of an audience of a C+ segment from various areas of Samborondón, who already use these services and people who have not yet experienced it. It is intended to evaluate the factors that encourage the client to require this style of service (saving time, energy and comfort) in their homes. This campaign will be oriented to the northern sector of Guayaquil, specifically to the residential areas of Villa España II. Our target market are generally heads of household, they are characterized by the health care of their families and their welfare, they also seek to make purchases in establishments where discounts are made. For this, through surveys we will monitor the presence of the competition in the sector, customer service, consumer behavior against the stimuli of discounts. As a result of this study, we found that independent pharmacies have as a differentiating feature a better customer service compared to their direct competitors such as "pharmaceutical chains" and a primary advantage in that their prices are maintained because there are no restrictions in the process of buying medicine in different importers and distributors.

The use of creatine in users who have already been training for approximately six months because at that time stagnation in strength occurs and this supplement can help them not to get frustrated and continue progressing. In high-level athletes with the use of supplements, which are natural products that provide an effect similar to steroids, but without causing the unpleasant side effects, this is the reason why it has been decided that it is a more viable and profitable option for a bodybuilding career, because its use can be more prolonged and sustainable over time.

The methodology of the study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach, which uses for its development the technique of field research and bibliographic research; where two techniques were applied for data collection: Direct observation in the sector where the microenterprise was implemented and surveys of a sample of 21 people from whom data was obtained to increase the experience of people who buy the product, guidelines to conserve the quality and availability of purchase. The internal and external environments that affect the industry were analyzed through direct observation, as well as the aspects that drive the microenterprise, which is reflected in the SWOT analysis, which helps to consider the start-up of the project, as well as a market design was implemented to capture the attention of the future consumers. RicoRice is a micro-enterprise that is responsible for the preparation of a healthy dessert with a homey flavor, a delicacy of rice made with panela, rice and milk. The venture is for a segment of clients or organizations that prefer a healthy dessert for events with home delivery and online service through a website as the main form of communication. To start this undertaking, an investment of $2747.14 is necessary, which will be financed through debt and own savings account. The project as such has a TMAR of 39.91%, NPV of $4,315.32 and an IRR of 147.09%.

Considering that today pets are one more member of our families, we observe deficits in terms of pet care, which is why information was obtained from public opinion, through surveys of users in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil, in which it is sought to know the needs that arise daily in the care of their pets; As a result of our market research, which was carried out with the help of the Google forms tool, it shows us that our target audience is young people who are between the ages of 19 and 25, within the result of The survey reflects that the most common problem among owners is that people do not take effective care of their pets, they only memorize their activities. The company will generate profits from the sale of the packages offered for this mobile application, as well as from the sale of advertising space within it. The project will have an initial investment of US$3,500, of which US$1,000 will be used for the development of the application, US$1,500 for the marketing strategy and US$1,000 for working capital. Based on e-commerce such as Amazon or Mercado Libre, we developed "Cellec" a business model that works in such a way that the user enters, searches for the object he wants and orders it in an easy, simple and safe way. The mobile application was programmed with Java in Android Studio applying the knowledge learned by applying agile tools such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies to validate the business model and Scrum for development. As a result of the investigation, it was found that the market segment is aimed at people between 20 - 40 years old who live in the city of Guayaquil, work either under a dependency relationship or independent who do not have time to go buy an accessory for their mobile devices, with a high socioeconomic level and income greater than $1000 and who use a mobile device. A work plan was carried out through which an iterative process will be followed and the minimum viable product will be achieved within the established target date. The project will have an initial investment of $5,000.00 through the contribution of the partners, the recovery of this investment is estimated within 3 years, it is being budgeted to increase sales from the second month by 18% and for the third month in 22%, the Administrative, Operative, Sales and Advertising expenses, will remain fixed in this first quarter. A projection is made in sales for the first month at $4,725; for the second month $5,575.50; and for the third month $6,802.11 A gross margin on sales of 25% is projected, (sales - cost of sales) For example, the cost of a green card is $5 and it is sold at $6.25 (considering a profit margin of $1.25) corresponds to 25%. A brief introduction of the origin of soap is described, the necessity to change the consumption for products that are friendly with the environment and demonstrated how a body soap based on vegetable glycerin and other natural ingredients can provide wellbeing, freshness, and naturalness to the skin. An effective business plan for the success of the project will be shown, also internal and external variables that influence it controlled with a risk analysis. Marketing strategies will be presented that will help with the positioning of the brand in a medium term, to keep the mark of the product in the consumer's mind. It concludes with a financial study showing the evaluation of financial tools such as the VPN and the IRR that the project is financially profitable.

Taking as examples applications such as: Uber and services Now, the mobile application "PlugFix" was created dedicated to the contact of technology technicians and the purchase of computer parts. The goal of creating a unified and convenient experience of the desktop, macbook and laptop repair process. Using the Design Thinking methodology for the creative process, I was able to identify client needs and test for the construction of a mobile application. Also use the Scrum framework for the development and implementation of the application, the same one that was programmed using the Java programming language, with the Android Studio development environment. A plan with all the functionalities of which the team followed and reached the minimum viable product within the established dates was marked. The market analysis resulted in a segment of people over 20 years of age, workers in the private sector with medium-low income, of the C+ type segment, with computers that do not work, due to technical failures, null or expired warranty, and who live in the northern sector of Guayaquil. To start PlugFix, an initial investment of $12,500 dollars is needed, which will be covered with the contribution of investors. 171 transactions per month were estimated to reach the break-even point with an average income per transaction of $13.76, generating total income of $2,353 per month, considering the market segment, the clients and the products that we make available in the App.

For the development of this project, agile methodologies were used for the validation of the business method and the Scrum framework was used to develop and implement the mobile application. Through market research, it was possible to identify that the most requested professional services are Chef Cocinero with 86.4% and DJ with 78.8%, it was also identified that the city with the highest demand for this type of service is Guayaquil - north sector with a 42.7% of the total sample. Easy Events will serve the high, medium high and medium socioeconomic strata, for the FrontEnd of the application the native Android Studio IDE was used and for the BackEnd Firebase from Google was used.
